Provided below are answers to our frequently asked questions from our customers.

Q. Is this site secure?

A.. We take your security very seriously and use RBS Worldpay to process transactions. They utilise 128-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal and card details are as secure as possible.

Q. How do I download my products?

A. After you've purchased your products, you will be redirected to your Download Zone where you download your products. You can log into your Download Zone at any time using the Login form at the top right of the web site.

Q. How do I renew a product that has expired?

A. You will automatically receive an email when your product is due to expire. You can renew your product by simply repurchasing it. If you're eligible for a discount on your renewal, you will be provided with a renewal code, which must be entered before adding the item to your cart.

Q. How quickly is my product available for download?

Your product will be available for download as soon as your purchase is complete and payment confirmed. This is usually instant.

Q. I purchased a physical (non-download) product. When can I expect delivery.

This depends on the supplier of the product, although goods are usually shipped within 7 working days of payment.
